New Website & Blog Covering St. Louis Area Real Estate

Welcome to my new website and blog focusing on the St. Louis region and real estate.

I know that there is a lot of information out there on real estate, but I want to offer an insider’s view for my clients and web visitors. I’ll be writing about local issues and offering friendly tips for home buyers & sellers. I hope that my tales of real estate contract woes that have come up in some of my transactions will give you a glimpse of what can go wrong, and how the right approach can resolve those problems to everyone’s satisfaction.
