I agree. Most people forget that even if they bought a house that was selling for top dollar due to recent updates, if they don&#039;t keep it well maintained and continue to make updates, it won&#039;t sell for top dollar when it is time for them to move. 

Today&#039;s gorgeous rehabs will look dated in 15 years if the owners don&#039;t make updates.</description>

I thought this house picture reinforced that a picture can be so much more effective than words. 

I once showed a buyer a house that was PINK top to bottom. Really. The kitchen had pink cabinets, pink ceramic flooring, pink walls. The pink theme continued through the rest of the flooring and walls too. You can&#039;t imagine how fast we left that house. And they probably though that they had really improved their home by installing ceramic flooring and new carpeting.</description>
