Below is the monthly real estate market report for many of St. Louis County’s school districts.

Keep in mind that most homes with firm contracts close in about 30 days, so the homes that closed in February were mostly purchased in January. Spring has not yet arrived, but the spring market is definitely getting started.

The information is based on residential closed sales through the MARIS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Active & pending sales are as of Mar 2, 2008.
