Mortgage Interest Rates Update for 8/10/08

I am pleased to welcome Kerby Claney with Stifel Bank & Trust as a new contributor to St. Louis Real Estate Insights.

He will be posting current interest rates regularly and periodically will update you on mortgage news. Rates will typically come out each Friday, but when Kerby’s loan closing schedule gets really busy, the posting date may vary. Updates will also be added as needed if there are mid-week changes in rates.
