I've used Brewer Inspection Services many times, including for my own home purchase. The reports are really thorough and the inspectors are really looking out for the buyer instead of just trying to make real estate agents happy by glossing over little things. Brewer also offers radon and structural inspections, and arranges termite and sewer lateral inspections with outside companies so you don't have to call around a bunch of inspectors. (Disclaimer - agents get sued all of the time for recommending services...so this is not a recommendation by me for Brewer's services.
