St. Louis City Monthly Market Reports are Updated

New Improved Market Reports:

With the new website format, I’ve revamped the Monthly Market Reports to give you more comprehensive information in an easier to digest format (think charts).

Instead of posting the updates within the blog articles section, each area has a dedicated page so that you can come back anytime and easily find them.

I just finished updating the St. Louis City reports with November sales results.

By clicking on the market report tabs, you will find market the latest market statistics for:

St. Louis City overall
Downtown Loft District
Lafayette Square
Soulard
South City
South City – East of Grand
Tower Grove/Shaw

Below the charts and market overview, you’ll also find information on the community and housing, fun links and cool pictures.

For now, I’m relying on Creative Commons pictures that I’m finding mostly on flickr since the winter landscape makes it hard to get decent pictures of my own. As time goes on, more pictures will be added to these pages.
