St. Louis County Monthly Market Reports are Updated

in Market Conditions

A few days ago I announced that the St. Louis City market reports for November were posted. Today, I got the St. Louis County updates completed.

To find the latest market report, go to the Market Report tab and you’ll find:

  • St. Louis County overview
  • Brentwood
  • Clayton
  • Kirkwood
  • Ladue
  • Maplewood-Richmond Heights
  • Pattonville
  • Parkway
  • Rockwood
  • University City
  • Webster Groves

All of the market reports are based on public school district boundaries. With 91 municipalities plus unincorporated land scattered throughout the county…plus a crazy system that allows any home in the county to have a mailing address of “St. Louis, MO”…the only logical way to grab every home in a specific area is to pull them up by school district.

For links to all of the St. Louis area’s schools, take a look at my School information page on my other website, ArchCityRealEstate.com.

I do realize that there are large parts of St. Louis County that are not covered in my market reports. The reality is that I only have so many hours in the day.

Since I need to save some time to actually help my clients buy and sell homes, I had to make the decision to focus my time pulling market data only on the areas where most of my clients reside. However, if you are interested in another part of the county, or more detailed information related to your subdivision, let me know and I’d be more than happy to give you a personalized market analysis…no strings attached.
