What is wrong with this picture?
Chesterfield home listed at $270,900
I wonder if the new hot feature is green chain link fencing? This owner must think it is.
No wonder they are still on the market after 254 days. They’ve actually been on the market since June 2007, but they played the game of coming off the market for 60 days to reset the ‘days on market’ to zero. Didn’t work. They might consider improving their pictures…or maybe adjusting their price.
I wonder what the pointy thing is on the table.
I’ve always wanted a 1970s drop ceiling and a neon Budweiser sign!
I guess no one explained to this agent and seller that the pictures are supposed to highlight the BEST features of your home.
Buyers study pictures to decide if they want to come see your home. If you are selling your home, make sure your pictures don’t disqualify your home before the buyers even walk through the door.
If your home is already on the market, take a critical look at the pictures posted on your listing and ask your agent to redo any of the pictures that send out red flags. If you are preparing to list your home and haven’t yet selected an agent, I would welcome a chance to talk to you. For more information on what I offer my home listing clients, take a look at my FAQ for Sellers or contact me by email.
