If you can’t figure out how to take a picture of a bathroom without putting yourself in the mirror, maybe it is time to hire a photographer.

Buyers study pictures to decide if they want to come see your home. If you are selling your home, make sure your pictures don’t disqualify your home before the buyers even walk through the door.

If your home is already on the market, take a critical look at the pictures posted on your listing and ask your agent to redo any of the pictures that send out red flags.
