Seriously, some people may like the idea of wildlife, but deer can really be a nuisance. This gorgeous 2 million dollar home is surely losing some potential buyers due to just this picture. Given the vast majority of St. Louis County homes selling in 2009 are under $200,000, these sellers really can’t afford to miss out on a single potential buyer.

Buyers study pictures to decide if they want to come see your home. If you are selling your home, make sure your pictures don’t disqualify your home before the buyers even walk through the door.

If your home is already on the market, take a critical look at the pictures posted on your listing and ask your agent to redo any of the pictures that send out red flags. If you are preparing to list your home and haven’t yet selected an agent, I would welcome a chance to talk to you. For more information on what I offer my home listing clients, take a look at my FAQ for Sellers or send me an email.
