It's on my agenda to get this information updated and posted in the next week. Agents have up to 2 business days to update closing sale information, and they sometimes are a bit tardy. I like to give it a few business days after a period ends before I run my analysis to make sure I don't miss out on properties that closed in the last week of the year.

The best way to make sure you don't miss out on any of the year end housing reports is to subscribe to new articles by email or RSS. You can find links in the right sidebar of this page.

And thanks for reading!
