St. Louis Homes Sales ~ 2010 Has Been a Busy Year

My regular readers may have noticed that I haven’t been posting as much as normal lately.

While I miss pumping out helpful information for St. Louis home buyers, sellers and residents, I always have to remember that my bills get paid by actually selling homes.

2010 has been a very good year.

There are a lot of changes happening inside my business so that I can continue to grow my business while still providing the best possible service to my clients. But implementing those changes takes time.

I’ve also gotten more involved in some outside organizations. I helped coordinate a real estate technology training conference that was held last week, Real Estate BarCamp St. Louis. I’ve continued my work with Back to School! Store and put together a website for them this year. Plus, I recently reconnected with the summer camp where I worked 20 years ago for 3 summers, and was asked to join the newly formed Alumni Advisory Committee of Sherwood Forest Camp.

And then there have been the homes I’ve sold.

Michael & Monica bought a Wildwood home 5/10/10

Tasha bought a Crestwood home 5/13/10

Matt & Bipasha bought a Maryland Heights area home 5/20/10

Michael & Monica sold a Ballwin home 6/2/10

Neil sold a Chesterfield condo 6/4/10

Orin & Erin bought a Shaw home 6/4/10

With plenty of other homes on the market and buyers out looking, life isn’t likely to slow down anytime soon!
