Karen made our move to St. Louis from Buffalo, NY easy. We’d always dreamed of owning a big old house in the city where we could easily entertain. She helped us find a beautiful, century-old home near the Botanical Garden that was perfect. We couldn’t have been more pleased at how well she listened to us and how consistently she advocated for our best interest at all stages of the deal. She was especially mindful of the resale potential of every house we saw.

Two years later, her attention to resale paid off. We weren’t thinking of moving at all until some of our favorite friends and neighbors decided to move to the Georgian condominiums (the former City Hospital). When we saw it, we fell in love with it, too. After only two years, we didn’t think our house had appreciated enough for us to afford the move. But we called Karen anyway. Her market analysis showed that our home had actually been appreciating very well. In fact, with Karen’s help we sold it in 3 ½ weeks, despite the slow housing market. Her advice and assistance once again proved invaluable through both the condo purchase and our home sale. We had more than an agent, we had an advocate.
