St. Louis Home Search
Sign Up to Search the St. Louis MLS!
Sign up to search St. Louis homes for sale with Arch City Homes’s MLS Direct Access Portal.
When you sign up with Arch City Homes, you will have your own Direct Access Portal where you can manage all of your home search activities.
You can share your portal with your spouse, partner, best friend or your parents…and you can leave notes for each other on each property. The recent notes will show up on the welcome tab so you don’t miss them.
The welcome tab also lets you jump quickly to any of your saved searches or to the homes you’ve marked as favorites, maybes or rejected.
The properties tab is where you see the results of your saved searches and search for new properties.
You can jump to any address on the map, and then create a box or radius around that spot. You can also just zoom in on the map to the area you want and search that way. Save your search for easy access to the same criteria when you log back in.
If you want a more specific search, just let me know and I can create a search on just about any criteria. Here are just a few ways I can personalize your search:
- Homes with a fireplace
- Homes with a 3 car garage
- Homes with a finished basement
- Homes that back to woods or trees
- Homes in a specific elementary, middle or high school’s boundaries
The portal allows you to add points of interest such as banks and grocery stores to the map, so you can see how far things are away from a house. You can view the homes on a map display, as a single line report or in full detail. You can even print a flyer for the properties you like.
See Every Photo:
No home search is any good if you can’t see all of the pictures or the picture viewer is cumbersome.
By signing up for the Arch City Homes MLS Direct Access Portal, you will see EVERY picture that has been posted to the MLS. In St. Louis, agents are allowed to include up to 99 photos for each listing. While most listings don’t have that many photos, tons of them have more than the 36 maximum photos on Realtor.com.
In fact, you will see the pictures in the same viewer that agents see the pictures when we are searching the MLS database. View the pictures as thumbnails so you can quickly jump to the picture you want, as an album with 2 columns of medium size pictures, or as large pictures one at a time.
