Karen Goodman

Karen Goodman founded Arch City Homes and leads a team of agents and support staff who work together to assist our clients.

As the Lead Listing Agent, Karen has successfully sold homes throughout the St. Louis region. Her home listings sell much faster and for more money than the general market.

Compare the general market statistics to Karen’s results:

• 50% of Karen’s listing sold in 0-30 days (general market 27%)
• 75% sold in 0-60 days (general market 48%)
• listings that sold in 0-30 days averaged 97.3% of list price (general market 94.2%)
• listings that sold in 31-60 days averaged 93.6% of list price (general market at 80.5%)

NOTE: General market sales statistics are based on closings located in the St. Louis County/St. Charles County from 10/1/07 – 9/1/09. Karen’s statistics cover the same time frame but also include listings located in St. Louis City and Franklin County.

Karen also is a Buyer’s Agent with a specialty in relocating, local and first time buyers. Karen works with each client to make critical decisions regarding location, home features and financing options.

Karen obtained a Bachelors degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude.

Sara Stevens

Sara Stevens is the Arch City Homes Listing Marketing Manager. She gets new listings set up on our extensive marketing program and assists the lead listing agent in numerous activities that get our listings sold. Sara is also an Arch City Homes Buyer Specialist, representing buyers throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County.

Sara has a Bachelors degree from Truman State University in Marketing. Prior to joining Arch City Homes at Keller Williams Realty, Sara worked in hotel food & beverage management, restaurant management, customer service, and real estate brokerage office management.

Scott Hill

Scott Hill is the Arch City Homes Short Sale Listing Specialist. Scott has extensive experience selling homes when the owner is trying to avoid foreclosure.

Scott assists St. Louis region homeowners who must sell their home, but can not sell their house for as much as they owe on it. Scott works with the owner’s bank to get the bank to agree to take less than is actually owed on the mortgage when the home is sold. Scott’s efforts result in homeowners being able to sell their home at today’s market value with the mortgage holder agreeing to take less than is owed so that the home does not end up in foreclosure.

Scott has been a real estate investor since 2004, personally buying and selling investment property. He obtained his real estate license in 2008 so he could assist others in the purchase or sale of short sale, lease option, wholesale and rehab properties.  Scott gets regular calls from buyers who want to purchase investment property. He maintains a list of investment properties available for purchase throughout the St. Louis area.

Holly Hunter

Holly Hunter is an Arch City Homes Buyer Specialist. Holly has extensive experience working with investors looking for rental and rehab investment properties. She has experience as a buyers agent and as a listing agent for bank-owned foreclosures and distressed properties.

Holly’s work with banks, providing Broker Price Opinions for various companies including Citibank and Bank of America, gives her firsthand knowledge of the sale process involved with bank-owned properties.

Holly obtained a Bachelors degree from University of Missouri-Columbia in Merchandising and Design. She has been licensed in real estate since 1997 and has been working with investors since 2003.

Shana Karls

Shana Karls is the Arch City Homes Transaction Manager, coordinating the administrative details from contract acceptance through closing.

Shana has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her experience working with lending and title companies makes Shana the ideal person to manage the contract to closing process. Shana keeps our clients informed of what needs to be done before closing and keeps everyone on track so that we have a smooth closing.

Anita Sievers

Anita Sievers is the Arch City Homes Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, providing behind the scenes support.

Anita creates weekly reports for each of the Arch City Homes listings to keep home sellers informed of market activity near their property. She also posts bi-weekly ads to craigslist for all of our active listings and monitors property showings to determine the effectiveness of our buyer agent marketing campaign.
