With years of experience under her belt, Judy is prepared for all of those crazy twists that almost never happen but might kill the deal with a less experienced agent. Judy will listen to your story and will fight on your behalf so when the deal closes, you have what you need to live that life you wanted.

You’ve got Karen using cutting edge technology to market your home, trying out each new idea that might make a difference and discarding the ones that don’t work. She will analyze the market trends to make sure your home really is priced exactly where it needs to be, and will share everything she learns with you so we can make decisions together. Karen also takes care of many of the those pesky details involved in running a business so Judy’s time is focused on you when you need her the most.

You’ve got Kelly helping you sort through all of the homes on the market. She’ll never rush you to just pick a home. She’ll listen to you describe how you want to live and what you need to make that happen. She’ll help you see the possibilities in homes you didn’t immediately appreciate, and she’ll remind you what you said was important in your next home when you get swept away by trendy decor.

You’ve got Shana watching over every tiny detail from the time you write the contract until it closes. She will make sure that there aren’t any hiccups that make you start the process over.
