Judy & Karen are not just my favorite real estate agents in St. Louis. They have a system that works as well as they work hard. They have 4 fans for life and will tell anyone even considering buying or selling a home. This team is OUTSTANDING from start to finish.

Karen has helped me with two purchases now, and I couldn’t be happier. As a first time investor, Karen’s help was indispensable when I decided to buy a 4 family investment property. A couple of years later when I was ready for a new home, we looked all over town before I settled on the house I ended up buying. Besides her professionalism and superior service, I always know that she is working in my best interests. Her expertise in the real estate market, the neighborhoods far and wide, as well as little things to look for (which I surely would have missed), were invaluable.

An incredibly talented agent, Karen made my home buying experience and transition to St Louis extremely positive. She spent a lot of time understanding both my housing preferences and financial position. Her tours were well planned with plenty of information about the local area, and with each property I felt educated about the pro’s and cons of my potential investment.

Once I selected a property, Karen was clearly working on my side, her experience with home inspections was second to none, and she never once tried to push me in a direction I did not want to go. She can negotiate, takes care of the multitude of local state and county paperwork, and make closing as comfortable as it can possibly be. In summary, Karen knows the St Louis market, is extremely personable and is uniquely capable of understanding her clients needs and mapping those into a home!
