The best way to decide on which part of town you want to live is to get in the car and explore. Park the car and take a walk. Talk to the neighbors, visit the corner pub or coffee house or head to the park.

We are starting a new series of videos to help buyers who are moving to St. Louis or are considering buying a home in an unfamiliar part of town.

The community video concept actually started with the idea that we wanted buyers considering a home to get a feel for the area. We are highlighting the community and the subdivision…focusing on helping buyers get a feel for what it would be like to live in the area.

Currently only 1% of real estate agents nationwide are using video to promote their home listings. At Arch City Homes, we believe that video is the future of marketing. Within a few years, every home will have video marketing. The ones that won’t will be like a listing without multiple pictures today…buyers will wonder what you are hiding and will scratch it from their list without a second thought.

We haven’t seen anyone else using video to focus on the community in addition to the home, but we believe in staying ahead of the curve.
