Most of the time, professional staging makes a big difference in getting a vacant home sold for the highest price.

When I recommend staging, my clients almost always agree to bring in the stager before we put the home on the market and show it to buyers. It works and these homes almost always sell fast and for a good price.

I do have a few clients who don’t believe that staging will work, or isn’t needed for their home. In many cases, we end up bringing in the stager after we tried selling it without staging.

BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES:

Below is one of the homes for sale I recently listed where we initially tried to sell it without staging. The before and after pictures used the same photographer. Nothing else was changed but staging. You can see for yourself the difference. And yes, we got better feedback as soon as we staged the house and quickly got it sold.

Which Would You Rather Buy?

I specialize in selling St. Louis homes regardless of whether they will be the hot listing to hit the market or if they have a challenge that makes it much harder to sell.  I also work with buyers who want to find the home of their dreams, but don’t want to overpay.
